Christopher P. McGillChristopher P. McGill - President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. McGill brings over 18 years of banking industry experience previously served as Senior Vice President of Citizens Bank of Pennsylvania from January 2004 until July 2005, in the Professional Banking Group in the Mid-Atlantic region. Prior thereto, Mr. McGill served as Senior Vice President, Private Banking for Roxborough Manayunk Bank, until its acquisition by Citizens Bank in January 2004. He joined Roxborough Manayunk Bank in 1991 holding various positions in the lending area. Mr. McGill is a board member of the North Light Community Center located in the Manayunk section of Philadelphia, Manayunk Development Special Services District, Old City Special Services District and a Finance Committee member of Old St. Joseph's Church in Philadelphia.

Jerry L. CotlovJerry L. Cotlov - Executive Vice President, Secretary, Chief Lending Officer
Mr. Cotlov brings over 30 years of banking industry experience and previously serving as Senior Vice President and Team Leader in the Commercial Real Estate Group in the Mid-Atlantic region of Citizens Bank of Pennsylvania from January 2004 until July 2005. Prior thereto, Mr. Cotlov served as Senior Vice President and Chief Lending Officer for Roxborough Manayunk Bank, until its acquisition by Citizens Bank in January 2004. He joined Roxborough Manayunk Bank in 1999 as a Senior Vice President in the lending area. Previously, Mr. Cotlov served in various senior lending positions at Third Federal Bank, WSFS Bank and First American Savings, FA. Prior to that, he was an Examiner with the Federal Home Loan Bank Board (FSLIC). Mr. Cotlov serves on the Board of Directors of the Building Industry Association of Philadelphia, the Home Builders Association of Bucks/Montgomery Counties, the Philadelphia Development Partnership and Community Capital Works.

Susan B. Look, CPASusan B. Look, CPA - Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Ms. Look, a Certified Public Accountant, was a senior manager at Deloitte & Touche LLP in the audit and assurance division. During her thirteen years at Deloitte, she specialized in financial institutions working on both public and non-public clients. Ms. Look is an active member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Most recently prior to joining the Bank Ms. Look was employed by Prudential Bancorp, Inc. of Pennsylvania from July 2004 to October 2005.

Mark E. BeltMark E. Belt - Senior Vice President for Loan Administration and Retail Lending
Mr. Belt having over 25 years of banking experience and previously served as a Vice President in the Commercial Real Estate Group in the Mid-Atlantic region of Citizens Bank of Pennsylvania from January 2004 until October 2005. Prior thereto, Mr. Belt served as Vice President of Retail Lending for Roxborough Manayunk Bank, until its acquisition by Citizens Bank in January 2004. He joined Roxborough Manayunk Bank in September 2000 as the Vice President of Consumer Lending. Previously, Mr. Belt served in various positions at Third Federal Bank, Lehigh Valley Bank and Continental Bank.

Francis E. Toohey, Jr.Francis P. Toohey, Jr. - Senior Vice President for Commercial Real Estate Lending
Mr. Toohey has over 20 years of banking industry experience and previously served as a Vice President, Commercial Real Estate Lending for WSFS Bank from June 2004 to April 2006 when he joined the Bank. Mr. Toohey was a Vice President in the Commercial Real Estate Group in the Mid-Atlantic region of Citizens Bank of Pennsylvania from January 2004 until June 2004. Prior thereto, Mr. Toohey served as Vice President of Commercial Lending for Roxborough Manayunk Bank from February 1999 until its acquisition by Citizens Bank in January 2004. Previously, Mr. Toohey served in various positions at Third Federal Bank and Bank Hapoalim.

Harry SauersGerald Quill - Senior Vice President of Commercial Lending
Mr. Quill has been a commercial banker and bank executive in the DelawareValley for more than 47 years. He is a graduate of ColgateUniversity and has an MBA from DrexelUniversity. His experience ranges from that of relationship manager of individual accounts to manager of banking groups with more than 40 employees. One of his specialties over the years has been lending to entrepreneurs because he  believes in those instances the commercial loan officer can bring exceptional value to the banker/client relationship. For recreation he plays ice hockey three to four days a week year round and is a trustee of numerous local institutions, including the Childrens Hospital Of Philadelphia.

 

Harry SauersDorrian McGill - Vice President of Human Resources 
Ms. McGill is the Director of Human Resources at East River Bank. She has Bachelor of Science Degrees from the University of Scranton, and Thomas Jefferson University, along with a Masters Degree from Gwynedd Mercy College. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and obtained a certificate in Human Resource Management from Villanova University.Ms. McGill is active with North Light Community Center and manages the work readiness internship programs for local 11th and 12th graders at East River Bank. East River Bank serves as a worksite for the summer Work Ready Program and USLA (Urban Sustainability Leadership Academy) Program during the school year.

 

Ned LeslieNed Leslie - Vice President of Information Technology / Operations
Mr. Leslie has 14 years of banking experience and previously served as a Deposit Application Analyst for Bisys / Open Solutions Inc from February 2004 to October 2005 when he joined the Bank. Prior thereto, Mr. Leslie served as an Operations Coordinator for Roxborough Manayunk Bank until its acquisition by Citizens Bank in January 2004.  He holds a BS in Human Resource Management with a minor in Internet and Networking.
